I just had my roof replaced. Is this a good time to install solar panels?
This is the best time to install solar panels! In many cases, solar panels will actually last longer than shingles, so it is best to install solar panels shortly after, or within a few years of, installing a new roof. We will happily inspect your roof, free of charge, to ensure it is in good condition prior to installing solar panels.
Am I protected if a roof leak is caused by mounting panels on my roof?
As licensed and experienced roofers, we install our panels with the knowledge and expertise needed to ensure a leak-free installation. If you have any issues caused by our installation, we will absolutely take care of them.
What kind of warranties do you offer?
We offer a 10-year workmanship warranty on our solar installations, as well as a 2-year workmanship warranty on our roof installations. Additionally, our solar panel partners offer warranties of up to 25 years, and our shingle partners offer warranties up to 50 years.
What financial incentives are available to me as an Illinois homeowner?
There are a number of financial incentives available through the federal government, as well as through the state of Illinois. When we provide an estimate and meet with you, we will cover these in detail to make sure you understand what may apply to you specifically. We will also assist you in applying for these incentives.
How do I get a proposal?
