The First Visit and Evaluation
Whether you’re just starting to consider adding solar to your house, or you’ve been pondering it for some time, our experts are here to answer your questions and guide you through the decision-making process. During the initial evaluation, we will visit your house and assess its suitability for solar. Some of the factors in this process include:
- How much sunlight your roof gets
- How much usable surface area your roof has
- How much energy your household generally uses
- Whether net metering is available in your area
With this information, we can put together a customized plan tailored to your needs and the specifics of your home. This is when most homeowners’ questions and concerns come up, and we are happy to help guide you toward the best decision for you. Solar is a long-term investment, and we want you to be satisfied with your decision. Your satisfaction is our priority!
Timeline for Installation
Once you have decided to move forward with adding solar to your home, we will put together a detailed layout of our proposed design. This will include the sizes and types of panels we will install. Part of an HOA? We are happy to provide any information your HOA requests as you submit documents for their approval.
After you have approved the design for your solar system, we will obtain all necessary construction permits and begin work. We will be sure to schedule the installation with your convenience in mind, and we will stay in communication all along the way. We also facilitate post-installation inspections.
Follow-Up
Once your utility company approves the installation, we will walk you through managing your new system, including how the monitoring system works. And that’s not the end! We are always available to answer questions that might arise, even long after your project is completed. We mean it when we say your satisfaction is our priority. We are here for you.
